         A collar lace, based on manufacturing technologies and materials, is categorized as lace, however, in accordance with its practical functions, it should belong to collar, which is the part of a shirt, dress, blouse, etc., that encompasses the neckline of the garment and is sewn permanently to the garment or a detachable accessory worn around the neck opening of the garment.
